Sometimes the result will come in a day or two but if you know your total income & commitment, buyers can roughly do a calculation basing on the below formula. Most banker uses a benchmark of below 70% ( < 70%) as favourable level, yet there are some banks who has a different benchmark such as below 80% or even below 60%.
